Love, Sullivan (his 3rd birthday)

In honor of Sullivan's 3rd birthday, please consider joining in and doing an act of kindness on June 12th.

Sullivan would be turning 3 on June 12, 2012. Instead of having a party for him at home, he's having his party in Heaven.

To honor him and celebrate his life, I'm asking that everyone do an act of service on his birthday. It doesn't have to be big or expensive. Just something kind done for someone else in honor of Sullivan.

Do your act of kindness on his birthday and then post here OR ON FACEBOOK with what you did.
Sullivan's birthday is an emotional time for us, but seeing all the good done in his honor will make the day a little easier.

We had great success with this last year, here are some things that were done to give you ideas:
  • --donate toys to church nursery
  • --cut the grass for your neighbor or a single mom
  • --drop off a fruit basket or brownies to the Labor and Delivery room of your local hospital
  • --buy the soda for the person behind you at the gas station
  • --pay for the person behind you at the drive thru
  • --Leave an extra large tip when eating out
  • --pass out popsicles in the neighborhood
  • --take baby items to the Crisis Pregnancy Center
  • --clean out dad's car
  • --donate to March of Dimes, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, Samaritan's Purse, etc

Please invite your friends to this event. I'd love to have people we don't even know doing things for Sullivan.

  1. Paid for a person behind me at taco bell today. Gave one of the Love Sullivan cards.

  2. Sullivan's 8 year old cousin picked out and stuffed a Build a Bear and the outfit that she would like. Instead of keeping it, we drove to a local women and children's shelter and she donated it. We put one of the LoveSullivan cards on its arm. We hope it brightens the life of a sad child. We love you , Sullivan and think of you often!!

  3. someone put the card on my windshield and it had some cash behind and in return im taking that money to make brownies for the people i work with tomorow and putting the card i recieved on the table in front of the plate im sorry your family had to go through this. this is an awesome way to celebrate the love your family has for him

  4. My husband had a cooler of water brought to the job site with the cards taped to it. I think this is awesome for what you are doing! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful Sullivan with us. I am so sorry for your loss and I will always remember him, his birthday, and Random Act of Kindness!
